Allison Mikes is a trusted real estate professional with over 18 years of experience who delivers exceptional service to home buyers and sellers across the Valley. As a proud 4th generation Phoenician, her entire life has been centered around the Greater Phoenix area.
Our team values providing the highest quality of service to those that choose to include us in their home buying or selling experience. From start to finish my team & I will be by your side, from the very first meeting to discuss your goals and continuing right through the closing process. We are here every step of the way so you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. To us, a client is never just a client. Whether you’re relocating to the Valley of the Sun, looking to upgrade, are a first time home buyer, empty-nester or trying to find the perfect rental property, I take a personal approach to delivering on all of my clients’ needs.
1) My entire life has been about taking in all of the beauty Phoenix and the whole state of Arizona has to offer. I attended schools in the Madison District up until high school, where I was a proud student of Xavier College Preparatory, and now get to see my children become a part of that same community. Prior to focusing my efforts and energy into the real estate world, I was a Division I scholarship volleyball player at Wichita State University. I have lived & breathed real estate since graduating college, and pride myself on the extensive experience I have in local real estate in Arizona.
2) In my nearly 20 years, I have had the privilege to be a part of the real estate teams of Arizona’s most premier companies including Colter Realty Group, Hancock Communities, Meritage Homes, and Sonora West Development. Currently, I am an Associate Broker with North&Co., a brokerage composed of a passionate community of leaders and agents.
